Considered the “Queen of Dates”, the Datte Deglet Nour is a variety of dates native to Tolga, near Biskra, Algeria. It is extra-soft, fleshy and its skin is very thin, its color is light, golden and translucent, its core is small. Placed in front of a light source, the nucleus shines through.
